Shipping Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how Fit Freakz processes and delivers orders placed through our website.

By placing an order with Fit Freakz, you agree to the delivery terms set out below.

1. Presale Orders

At present, our products are being offered on a presale basis.

Presale products are expected to begin shipping in start 28/09/2026.

The expected shipping date shown on our website is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production, freight, customs, courier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect the expected dispatch date.

If there is a significant delay to your presale order, we will endeavour to contact you using the email address provided with your order and provide an updated estimated shipping timeframe.

By purchasing a product clearly identified as a presale item, you acknowledge and agree that the product will not be dispatched immediately and that the stated presale delivery timeframe applies.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Our standard delivery options are:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £2.99
Estimated delivery after dispatch: approximately 3–5 business days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £3.99
Estimated delivery after dispatch: approximately 1–2 business days.

Free UK Delivery — orders of £50 or more
Qualifying orders will receive free standard UK delivery.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.

For presale orders, these delivery estimates therefore begin once your presale order has been dispatched.

3. Free Delivery

Free standard UK delivery is available where the qualifying order value is £50 or more.

The £50 threshold is calculated after applicable discounts have been applied and before any paid delivery upgrades.

If a partial cancellation, refund or other adjustment reduces an order below the qualifying free-delivery threshold, this may affect the amount refundable where permitted by law.

4. Processing and Dispatch

Once products are available for dispatch, we aim to prepare orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

You will normally receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has left us.

The dispatch confirmation may include tracking information where available.

Orders placed during particularly busy periods, product launches, promotions, bank holidays or other high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

5. Delivery Times Are Estimates

Any delivery timeframe stated on our website or during checkout is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise.

Royal Mail and other delivery providers operate independently from Fit Freakz, and circumstances such as severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action or unusually high parcel volumes may affect delivery times.

We will not seek to exclude any responsibility that we are legally required to accept, and your statutory rights remain unaffected. Consumer terms must be fair and cannot improperly remove responsibility for delays or other contractual obligations.

6. Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking information supplied by the delivery provider will normally be included in your dispatch confirmation.

Please allow time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch email.

A parcel showing as dispatched may not immediately display movement within the carrier's tracking system.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your address carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, although we will try to assist where reasonably possible.

Additional postage may be payable if an order is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect address and asks us to resend it.

8. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels

If Royal Mail or another delivery provider attempts delivery and the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier may:

  • attempt delivery again;
  • leave the parcel in an authorised safe place;
  • deliver it to a local collection point; or
  • return it to us.

Customers are responsible for following any instructions provided by the carrier regarding redelivery or collection.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or because delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to the customer, we may ask the customer to pay reasonable additional delivery costs before the order is sent again.

9. Lost Parcels

If your tracking information has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

We may ask you to confirm:

  • your order number;
  • delivery address;
  • tracking information; and
  • any relevant information supplied by the carrier.

Where appropriate, we may need to raise an investigation with Royal Mail or the relevant delivery provider.

Please allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate a suspected lost parcel.

If the parcel is confirmed as lost and we are responsible for providing a remedy, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

10. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

It is helpful if you provide:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the external packaging;
  • photographs of the damaged product; and
  • a description of the problem.

Please keep the packaging until we have reviewed the issue, as the delivery provider may require evidence when investigating damage in transit.

Your legal rights relating to faulty or damaged goods are not affected.

11. Missing or Incorrect Items

Please check your order after delivery.

If an item is missing or you have received the wrong product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

You will not be required to pay return postage where we have sent an incorrect item or where the goods are faulty and applicable law places that cost on us.

12. Orders Containing Multiple Products

Where an order contains multiple presale products, we may hold the order until all products are available so that they can be dispatched together.

In some circumstances, we may choose to dispatch an order in more than one parcel.

If we split an order into separate deliveries at our discretion, you will not be charged additional delivery fees solely because we chose to split the shipment.

13. Delivery to Safe Places and Third Parties

Where you authorise Royal Mail or another carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour or at another nominated location, delivery may be treated as completed in accordance with the carrier's terms once it has been delivered to that authorised location.

Please only nominate a safe place that you consider secure and appropriate.

14. Ownership and Risk

Responsibility for goods passes in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to transfer risk to you earlier than permitted by law.

15. Changing or Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

We will try to accommodate requests made before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once processing has begun.

Separate cancellation and returns rights may apply under UK consumer law.

For most online purchases, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell the retailer they wish to cancel, subject to applicable exceptions.

Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

16. Delivery Charges When an Order Is Cancelled

Where UK consumer law requires us to refund an original delivery charge following cancellation, we will refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offered for the order.

If you selected a more expensive premium delivery service, any additional amount paid above the standard delivery cost may not be refundable where permitted by law.

17. Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for eligible change-of-mind returns where this has been clearly disclosed before purchase.

Different rules apply where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

18. International Delivery

We currently only advertise the UK delivery options shown at checkout.

If international delivery becomes available, the countries we deliver to, applicable charges and estimated delivery periods will be shown during checkout.

Customers placing international orders may also be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes or other charges where applicable, unless we specifically state otherwise.

19. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for unavoidable delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove any rights or remedies that you have under applicable consumer law.

Examples may include severe weather, transport disruption, carrier network disruption, customs delays, industrial action or other significant events affecting fulfilment or delivery.

If such an event materially affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.

20. Contact Us

If you have a question about your delivery, please contact Fit Freakz and include your order number where possible.

21. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.

Where there is any conflict between this policy and rights that cannot legally be excluded, your statutory rights will take priority.
